TARGET POPULATION

E4FC supports students who:
  • Were born outside the United States
  • Do not have permanent residency or citizenship in the United States
  • Have completed secondary schooling and are pursuing higher education in the United States
  • Have the academic qualifications, talent, and determination necessary to excel in higher education
  • Face challenges due to financial need and immigration status
  • Are role models, mentors, and leaders in their communities
  • Want to become United States citizens
Geographic Focus

While our Case Analysis Service, Documentary Film, Student Guides, Teacher Guides, and Advocacy Materials benefit immigrant students nationwide, our New American Scholars Program, Student Ambassador Program, and Outreach Program only serve immigrant students who reside and/or are currently going to college in the San Francisco Bay Area. In the future, we hope to expand these programs to support immigrant students throughout the United States.
