Users submit our online intake form and receive personalized information that helps them pursue a path towards legalization. DIS users may also have a chance to receive personalized follow up support via phone or skype after our personalized information is sent.
This free and anonymous service is intended for undocumented young people, including those with a pending or approved Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) request, who do not yet have legal residency or citizenship in the United States. If you are currently ‘in-status’, meaning you have not overstayed an authorized period of stay, please contact us by email BEFORE filling out this online questionnaire to make sure E4FC’s online screening is right for you. Users must be 14-35 years old to use our screening tool.

Although CIE 4FC (also doing business as "E4FC") has the authority to assist undocumented individuals before the Department of Homeland Security, we do not currently provide direct representation or legal advice.
