CASE ANALYSIS SERVICE OVERVIEW AND ELIGIBILITY
E4FC's online Case Analysis Service provides analysis of possible immigration remedies and benefits to immigrant students nationwide. This free and anonymous service is intended for immigrant students who do not yet have legal residency or citizenship in the United States. Students should be under 35 years old.
Whom Do We Serve?
Our clients have immigrated to the United States from all over the world and live in all regions of the United States. Most of our clients are afraid to seek out legal counsel and/or they worry they won't be able to pay for it. Since we launched our Service in 2009, we have analyzed over 450 cases. About 70 of these cases have been students in deportation.
How Does the Service Work?
Clients submit a comprehensive online intake form where they answer a series of questions about their immigration case. Students and attorneys on our Case Analysis Service work together to analyze each client's eligibility for certain immigration remedies. While our service should not be a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with an immigration attorney, we do guarantee that each client receives a reliable preliminary analysis based on the information he/she provides.
This service should only be used for a preliminary analysis of your possible immigration remedies. We urge you to consult with a reliable immigration attorney for a comprehensive analysis. Consultations with attorneys or legal service providers are completely confidential.
If you have questions about this service or require immediate attention, please email Krsna Avila, E4FC's Legal Services Manager, at krsna@e4fc.org.
